Quality Sales & Marketing was formed in 2001 with the merger of three well-established food service sales agencies. Combining over 100 years of experience, Quality Brokerage Companies of NC & SC joined forces with Food One, Inc. to create a dynamic multi-million dollar corporation with more than 50 employees that currently provide sales representation to the food service industry in the North Carolina and South Carolina markets.


QSM operates a corporate headquarters located in Cornelius, NC. This 16,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility supports sales, administration, warehousing, and a culinary center. We also maintain a branch office located in Orangeburg, SC.


Highly Trained and Experienced Personnel Organized Into Sales Teams

Our staff consists of highly trained and experienced personnel organized into sales teams. Inside Sales, who specialize in Customer Service and Bid Management, provide sales support to our Outside Sales teams. QSM represents a limited number of “well-established and brand-recognized” food service manufacturers and our Outside Sales team is divided into uniquely organized strategic segments. These teams include Distribution, School Foodservice, Contract Management, Non-Foods, and Beverages. Our specialized sales teams are supported by a Marketing/Culinary team that provides professional POS development, recipe ideas, menu solutions, and culinary expertise. Our corporate chef, trained in Stuggart Germany, and other culinary trained sales personnel will often participate in operator and distributor presentations sharing product knowledge, selling solutions, and training support.
